ORBIT is a suite of independent and integrated modules, with peculiar and incremental functionalities for the Business Continuity Management project.

The main features of ORBIT platform can be summarized as follows:

  • Integrated software solution that involves several business units and processes
  • “Hands off” solution with minimum manual intervention with a web based  workflow authorization system
  • Solution where all the information generated reflect the current  situation of the critical resources in the very moment the information is made available
  • Solution where the consistency and accuracy of the Operative Plan is granted by the system. No manual updates, only through application program interface. Data Base congruity is the warranty for business consistency.
  • The major functionalities are:
    • Automatic generation of the skeleton of the plans
    • Production/Print of the “Complete Plan” for archiving and formal inspection purposes, with the option to print the Plan partially and dynamically, when needed
    • Continuous update of scenarios Data Base and storing of the actions done to fix a change coming from MEGA / ARIS, Pro2Work, Personnel archive, sites, unit moves, organizational changes etc.
